Choosing the right therapist is a courageous step — and our local team is here to walk alongside you.

Q: What happens in couples counseling?
Q: How many sessions do we need to see success?
The length of counseling depends on your goals and the challenges you’re facing. We ask every couple to commit to a minimum of four weekly sessions before reassessing progress. Many couples start to notice positive changes within those first few sessions, while others continue for 8–12 sessions or more to create lasting change.
Q: How much does relationship counseling cost?
At It Begins Within our couples & family counseling services are $225 per 60-minute session.
Q: What if my partner doesn't want to come to therapy?
It’s common for one partner to be hesitant. In these cases, therapy can still begin with the willing partner. Often, once they see the positive impact, the other person is more open to joining. Our therapists also provide strategies for encouraging your partner to participate without pressure or blame.
